Friends of Tubman

Would you like to meet new friends? 

Do you want to volunteer at Tubman but aren't sure how much time you can commit? 

Do you want to spend time with your friends but would like to try something new? 

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you should join an exciting new group called the Friends of Tubman Family Alliance.

WHAT:

The Friends of Tubman Family Alliance is a group of men and women who are dedicated to providing crucial behind the scenes support to the work of the agency, with a primary focus on special events held by or on behalf of Tubman Family Alliance. There will be sign-ups at each event for upcoming opportunities. 

WHEN: 

On the 3rd Wednesday of each month, we will have a Friends of Tubman gathering. Each one will be a little different--some will be events, some will be social meetings, and all will be a fun way to meet new people and get involved in your community.

WHERE: 

Every month will be different. We will meet in both the east and west metro area at different locations.  Check the Friends Events page for times and locations. 

WHY: 

Many people have expressed interest in helping out at Tubman but would like a more informal process. This is a way to come and hear more about Tubman Family Alliance, meet new people in the community, and have fun all while helping!
