North Side Outreach Program

At Pilot City Neighborhood Services, Tubman provides one-on-one support, legal and systems advocacy, assistance with relocation, and referral sources to North Minneapolis and north suburban women in addition to regular community education programs for police departments, churches, and other civic organizations.
