About Tubman Family Alliance

Tubman Family Alliance is a pioneer in family violence prevention nationwide. As one of the largest providers of family violence services and prevention programming in the United States, Tubman serves over 50,000 participants annually in Minnesota's Twin Cities metropolitan area with the aim of preventing and ending family violence.

With a budget of $7.1 million and nearly 150 full- and part time employees, the agency operates a full range of services for men, women, and children and the community at large, residing in Washington, Hennepin, and suburban Ramsey Counties. Services include a 24-hour help line, legal advocacy, three crisis shelters, youth and family support services, transitional support services, and counseling services for victims of violence and for those who have behaved abusively.
